Terms and conditions of JPE Equine Transport
£35 non refundable booking fee.
With the prices of fuel increasing daily, quotes are only valid for 48 hours.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of said booking must be paid in full.
Full fee must be paid on collection of the pony/horse and prior to the start of the journey.
Cancellation fee also applies if the pony/horse will not load, is not safe to travel or no passport is present.
JPE Equine Transport has the right to refuse travel if deemed a danger to the animals or handlers. Payment in full will be required in these circumstances.
Half an hour of loading time is included upon collection of the pony/horse. After this time a charge of £10 per half an hour loading time will be required.
Customers must accept full liability if damage to the horsebox is caused by their pony/horse and cover full costs for the repairs.
If your pony/horse falls ill during the journey JPE Equine Transport will arrange suitable veterinary assistance, if not within a reasonable distance to the customers veterinary practice.
Passports must travel with the pony/horse at all times.
