Do you provide phone support?The NFED is run as a hobby/business, there is no office phone. There are few reasons why we do not offer phone support... Email or WhatsApp is a far more convenient way to communicate when it comes to discussing requirements or providing help for working with a web based product. We usually require links, photos or screenshots - this cannot be done over the phone & we have digital notes to refer back to or keep on record. Finally, as we run the site from home, we do not require or keep set office hours. Most questions are answered in the Help & FAQs, but if you do need to contact us, please Email: editor@nfed.co.uk or WhatsApp: 07385 848504 (Calls or Texts to this number will not be received) & we will get back to you as soon as we can.
