16hh 5yo Thoroughbred ex racer.

Tilly hacks alone or in company, will go first or last, is relatively unspookable, is good to catch, lead, groom, travel, farrier & teeth. She is a fairly straight forward easy going ride

BUT she is young. It wouldn’t take her long to figure out if you are nervous or a novice and I’ve no doubt she would use this to her advantage so as such ONLY EXPERIENCED riders who are not scared of big horses. Tilly has no “vices”, she only has a couple of niggles being an ex racer she struggles with standing still, once mounted she wants to move straight away and when tied up she won’t often stand still, she fidgets constantly.

She will be worked on a majority of the time by myself however I do not want someone who comes along just to ride! I need someone who will train alongside me to keep her training consistent so if you aren’t prepared to do some groundwork and schooling then please don’t contact me.

Tilly really is an absolute diamond, a very rare find for a thoroughbred, she’s anyone’s ride but this doesn’t mean I want anyone riding her, her education needs to be solid and consistent and as such I need experienced people only.
