Cross Oaks Farm in East Wellow near Romsey has 2 large indoor stables coming available. We have all year turnout in paired or individual paddocks and can also offer the use of our fantastic surfaced turnout pen for horses on rehab/box rest/mud fever/laminitis.

We have an indoor school, tack room, tea area, toilet, solarium and floodlit concrete yard. There is good hacking down quiet country lanes and it’s a 25 minute ride to the new forest. There are clinics, riding clubs and small competitions at local yards within hacking distance.

Our assisted livery package is £445 per month and includes turn out and bring in every day, we do the field poo picking for you and hay and straw is included as well as late check and putting in feeds and extra hay nets. We also offer a 5 day livery package from £650 per month, please call for more details.

We are a very friendly, supportive and welcoming bunch of people. The atmosphere on the yard is happy and relaxed, there are no yard politics and we all enjoy our hobby in calm and friendly environment.
