Chilli - 15.3, rising 7 year old fully registered Irish draft mare, by Castle Crest out of a Crannagh Hero mare.

Imported from Ireland approx 6 months ago and came direct from the breeder.

Chilli has done plenty of hunting and has hunted regularly over here in the UK with the Quorn and the Fernie. She is an absolute machine to cross country on. She jumps hedges/ditches/rails without a glance. Very bold and brave to a fence.
Chilli has been to lots of arena hires, jumps a course of fences and doesn’t worry about fillers. Incredible XC! No hesitations with water/ditches/steps. Point her and put your leg on and she’s going. She has an absolute ton of jump. Easy to take out and about.

Rides well on the flat and has super flashy paces. She is a lovely forward thinking type but you can wrap your leg around her she is very rideable, you don’t have to sit there worried to touch her sides and she has a good soft mouth. If you like a forward and fun but safe type then she’s the horse of a lifetime for someone.
She enjoys her hacking and hacks alone or in company, been good in the traffic we’ve met.

Very kind, sweet and easy to do, she loves a good groom and a scratch, good to catch/shoe/load/travel. Happy in or out, currently turned out with another mare and not bossy, happily shares her hay.
Ready to go out this season and do any job required. She’d easily event/SJ/dressage.

5* homes please! I really think a lot of this lovely mare and if I didn’t have so many I would be keeping her for myself.

Chilli does weave when she’s settling in somewhere/feed time. She actually hasn’t done it from day 5 of being with us but she will do it when she moves, it isn’t crazy and she gives up after a minute and eats her hay. Please only enquire if this doesn’t bother you/your yard owner. Price reflects the weaving, she is a seriously quality horse and a hard type to find.
