17” WINTEC 500 ALL PURPOSE SADDLE IN BROWN – LATEST MODEL

I bought this saddle in 2020 for my old pony but it has had very little use and is therefore in very good condition. Always stored in dry conditions, mostly at home. All the screws for changing the headplate work fine. No rust.

This saddle benefits from the latest ‘Hart Technology’ and is currently fitted with a red gullet plate. My saddler has valued it at £400.00. However, I am open to offers as this saddle won’t be suitable for my young pony.

Full loan to move yards, companion or hacking home for confident light adult

14hh Welsh gelding, 15 years. Looking for a permanent / long term loan to move yards either as a companion or happy hacker, or possibly hunt. During the 4.5 years he’s been with us, he’s done a bit of everything with my daughter from pony club camps and going to the beach. He can be a quirky ride to school hence why we feel that a quieter life in a hacking or companion home would suit him best, happy to disclose quirks. He did go hunting at the end of the season and was as good as gold. He can be a bit spooky, but nothing a confident rider couldn’t deal with….as a 50 year old mum, I hack him. Will hack alone and in company not nappy or strong haven’t hacked him on busy roads as never needed to. Hasn’t done much over the winter apart from the odd hack, due to daughter having a horse on loan. Good on the ground, doesn’t bite or kick and respectful of fencing. Can be a little nervous with new people but once he gets to know you he is very sweet. Happy to live out 24/7, healthy and a good doer, barefoot and up to date with everything, happy to be left in the field.

Happy for him to move yards within an hour of Winchester, I’d want a loan agreement in place and some references along with being able to visit him every so often. Happy to discuss and provide any further info if you are interested.

After very careful consideration I have decided to sell my gorgeous boy. It’s a very hard decision so I ask for only serious enquirers to get in touch.

Hugo is a 16.1, 6 years old, full TB, never raced or never been in training. I have scanned him for kissing spine but have landed on the fact he never raced because he simply was too lazy. He came from Ireland last May and been with me since.

He’s the most adorable horse in the stable. My kids help me brush and do all sorts of yard duties. Ridden he needs some work. He has an incredible jump but need time to work on the flatwork. He has a great rhythm but not yet settled in the contact.

I’ve taken him cross country a few times and he loves it. I bought him to event and have full faith he will excel in this, although I’m still to compete him.

He amazing out hacking. I can take him in my trailer on my own, never had an issue.

He’s getting better with the farrier but the smoke still unsettles him slightly. We start with the hind which really helps. And some TLC (hay or treats).

It’s a very genius reason for sale. I find it very hard to justify the money and time spent away from my family. I’m sure my time will come back but for now I want a different life, and feel less guilty.

I wish I met Hugo later in life when I have more time to give him. He will only go to the very best.

Lilly is 21 years young. A lovely fun hack who still has so much fun to give and still loves her work so is missing out in her current home due to owners work/life commitments. Lilly has many years experience hunting. She is a fun and forward hack but NEVER bucks or rears. She can be nervous alone but is fine if her rider is confident and reassuring. Same applies to traffic - nervous but improves with reassurance from her rider. Lilly spent many years as a working livery at a local riding school so is used to being ridden by younger riders but would not tolerate spending all of her life in a school - she loves to hack. She isn’t a keen jumper but will jump the odd fence but not suited to a person who wants to jump regularly. She is never sick or sorry and is a good doer that lives out 24/7 with company. She is excellent on the ground and good to catch/shoe/load and travel but she needs sedating to clip. This is a very sad sale and a honest advert so please no time wasters. £2,500 ONO

• Has had sarcoids which have been treated and were no where that would irritate or where tack would rub. She does have a small overreach scar but does not affect her in any way shape or form.
• Up to date with teeth, jabs & worming.
• Been to local in hand shows.
• I have ridden her and hacked her out, she has been excellent in traffic. I have introduced poles and she took well to it.
• I have longreined her and lunged her and she is responsive off of your voice.

Unfortunately I do not have the time to provide her the consistency that she needs or deserves and due to this irregularity in her training she has had me off which has knocked my confidence. She is a smart horse mentally and needs a confident calm rider and would benefit from restarting as she really hasn't done an awful lot recently.
