Custard is an eye-catching 5-year-old gelding standing at 15.1hh. Imported from Ireland, where he had hunted with the Roscommon Harriers and competed at training shows.

He is an absolute saint to hack. Hacks out both alone and in company.
Great in open spaces and on roads. Even stands to open and close gates!

He has been with us for 6 months and has been out xc , placed SJ and recently placed dressage.
Loves his jumping. Currently jumping 80cm but has scope to go higher.
Xc jumps anything in front of him, ditches, water, hedges! He is extremely bold!

He travels well, loads easily, and is a pleasure to take out and about.
He’s also incredibly patient – happy to stand on the lorry for hours without fuss while others are being ridden.

Custard is easy to do on the ground and is just as content living in or out, whether in a herd or individually. He’s a real sweetheart and quickly became a favourite on the yard.

Very sweet and straightforward little horse with no quirks or hangups at all. Extremely easy to have around, perfect manners for all handling, travelling, stands quietly at shows etc
She is out doing BD (Prelim) with 1st and 2nds as well as SJ and arena eventing. She's getting better in her dressage every time out and definitely will go up the levels. She hacks out alone or in company and doesn't get hot in open spaces or with other horses galloping about. Lots of potential and will continue to improve with the right rider, or will happily stay at the lower levels if required.

Stan - Western Vision

Stan is a lovely 5 year old TB who raced once but was too slow. Currently fit and in work so what you see is what you get! He has hunted in Ireland and ran in a point to point here but was too careful so not quick enough and retired from racing sound. He has a scopey talented jump and has taken to coloured poles and grid work with ease. He’s not sharp and is always eager to please.
He’s full up 16.1 and is the sweetest easiest horse to have around. He has lovely manners in and out of the stable and has no vices, injuries, lumps or bumps.
He moves straight with 3 lovely paces and works very nicely in the school, Snaffle mouth and good off the leg, this horse has real star quality with real presence.
Stan is also a very lovely hack, both in company and on his own, even in open spaces he hacks in a relaxed way on the buckle and is fab with traffic, farm machinery, dogs, cows, sheep etc. He has a lovely relaxed loose comfortable walk, lovely trot and rocking horse canter; a real pleasure to ride. This is a very honest and heartbreaking advert for a horse that has meant so much to me for so many years however, I can not afford to keep 2 horses and this horse deserves more then I can give him. Would suit a happy hacking/dressage home.
I have owned his since he was 3 and competed him at show jumping up to 1m. However, due to an injury when he was 12 I had to hang up his jumping shoes. He went out on loan to a friend who didn’t have a lot of riding experience and he absolutely loved him and took him out hacking and had great fun with him. Due to the person medical health he was returned back to me after 3yrs of being there. Again I was not in a position to keep him so he went back out on loan to a friend who hadn’t ridden in 35yrs. Again they had great adventures in the new forest and Billy did not put a hoof wrong. He went out by themselves and with others. However, due to grazing restrictions he was returned to me.
Due to the old injury that he has fully recovered from he is unable to jump (I don’t want to risk it with his size) and he is unable to be insured to jump. However, he is still more then happy to go out hacking where u can have him on the buckle and he will just do want ever u want. He hasn’t been in a school for 5yrs however, with me he was always doing flat work. Since having him back I have been getting him back in the school and building him back up, he remembers everything I taught him but is just weak. So if you wanted to do dressage he would love that he loves a challenge and loves learning and pleasing you.
He doesn’t bolt, he can be ridden alone or in company. He can go infront or behind. He picks up his feet when asked, but can look grumpy when getting his back feet shod, he has never done anything. He can be hacked in the open fields and has been hacked in the open new forest and never put a hoof wrong. He hasn’t been clipped for 6yrs but was clipped with me, he needs encouragement but i have clipped him in the past. In the field he will walk up to you and stand when having his head collar put on. He doesn’t spook, I have let my non ridden husband ride him and he is good as gold for him.
He is the definition of a big dog and prefers people over anything else and doesn’t quite understand personal space and with his size this can sometimes mean you have a heavy head on ur head, shoulder or hands. He cans also lean on u and again forgets his size but once told no or back up he will listen.
He will come with all tack and rugs. Home is very important and needs to be 5* home

Tilly - approx 15.3, 5 year old Cob x mare no breeding recorded.
Tilly is a really super type and will make a lovely allrounder. Tilly has come over from Ireland having done lots of hacking, fun rides and lightly hunted. Did a few days hunting at the end of this season and was well behaved.
Working away sweetly in arena and picking things up quickly, she has naturally balanced paces and a lovely comfortable canter. Been to arena hires and is good to take out and about. Jumping a course of fences and not bothered about fillers/water trays. She has tons of jump and will be very capable once the finer details are finessed. XC schooled and popped away no problem she’s very honest to a fence.
