English Goats are now recognised by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust as a priority.

We need enthusiastic goat keepers to breed, promote and help increase numbers of this beautiful native goat. We are a small breeder based in the New Forest and we have a selection of A Grade stock from prize winning lines, nannies, yearlings and kids available this year. All registered with the English Goat Breeding Association. Very friendly and ideal as pets or as breeding stock. Our native breed is beautifully marked, hardy and very friendly. They were originally breed as a cottagers goat for their milk, meat and fibre.
All our goats are annually tested clear for CLA, CAE and Johnes, vaccinated, wormed and receive regular foot trimming.

Looking for a friendly companion sheep (no rams) dog my 10 year old fig and healthy ewe as she has lost her companion. Any age considered. Good knowledgeable pet home with shelter and grazing (plus hay and feed in winter). Must be tame as Penny is very friendly and easy to handle (stands to be sheared, feet trim etc)

Born March 2024. Pure bred and registered with the Wiltshire Horn Sheep Society. By Witney Fred who won many show classes including Wiltshire Horn Breed Champion in 2023 at Honiton.

The Wiltshire Horn sheep is the original no-shearing sheep, so have ability to shed it’s fleece. They have a short fleece that naturally sheds in the spring leaving a short hair coat. The fleece will then grow again in the autumn to offer protection during the winter months. This means no need to get the shearer in!

Growing well, mostly grass fed with a small amount of nuts to keep friendly and pen up. Fully shedded. Used to electric fencing.

Have had Heptavac, wormed and fluked.

Douglas is skewbald and is three years old and Denzel is red/ brown and is four years old. Both are friendly and good with the farrier.
Unfortunately, due to recent health issues, I no longer have the time to give to them both. They are good to catch and headcollar, but need further work and training eg learning to be led etc. They are medium sized 10/11 hands (not miniature or mammoth)
