Description

⭐️⭐️Bracken⭐️⭐️

Rising 5-year-old mare, currently standing at approximately 13.3 bum high with more growing to do.

I cannot sing this ponies praises enough.

Literally ready for someone to enjoy the spring/summer with and put more miles under her belt either as a keeper or to continue to produce

She has been slowly broken and given time which shows as this girl has an attitude to die for with 3 lovely paces, nicely forward going, and shows a very willing and honest attitude. Handled daily by children (8, 11&15)

Bracken will happily pop around a small course of jumps and does so sweetly and sensibly. She is easy to handle on the ground — good to catch, load, and in day-to-day management.

She will definitely be something special with more miles under her belt

Teeth and vaccinations are up to date.

Due to her age and forward nature in work I would say bracken is not a novice ride but an ideal teenager’s/ light weight adults to have fun on.

She is on and small holding so use to sheep chickens small animals and farm machinery

Priced mid four figures. 5k

Based Wickham/Swanmore

Description

Recently re-measure at 12.3hh.
Logan (aka Logie Bear) is a Dartmoor Hills Pony who is 6 years old in July. He has been brought on carefully and is wonderful on the ground, and under saddle.

He absolutely loves working- in the ménage or out hacking. His favourite thing to do is jump! At home he has cleared 3ft. Happily jumping a child’s water tray full of water, tires, potties and Christmas trees!
We have hired a riding school ménage and he was completely unfazed by horses being turned out and lead past. We have also hired a XC venue and he behaved impeccably. He jumped a variety of types with no hesitations, including the water segment.

Logan is great with the farrier, dentist, loading, clipping, stabling and traffic. He could turn his hoof to anything. I believe he would make a talented Pony Club addition, due to his temperament and calm attitude. He will stand for hours, even in the heaviest of winds (or with a giant birthday balloon diving in and out of a stable in front of him!)

He has previously hacked alone and was forward going but completely safe- unfazed by traffic, barking dogs, and a very flappy tarpaulin.

He can be ridden alone in the paddock W,T,C,J with the rest of his herd just on the other side of the electric fencing.

We are based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Please feel free to message with any questions and for videos. This special boy’s home is more important than money- but he is worth his weight in gold!

Description

Sugar- 13.2h Highland x New Forest

Sugar is a real leg in each corner type.
More woah than go but can step it up when asked to.
She has previously been used in a riding school and was bought for an RDA rider, who she has looked after impeccably.
She enjoys schooling, three good paces, goes nicely off the leg. Pops a nice jump, seen coloured poles and xc fences.
Really good to hack in company through any traffic, water, livestock and farm machinery etc. She is happy to go out on her own, she will occasionally turn back for home if you’re not paying attention, however she is easy to get back on track.
Lives in or out, good to catch, clip, load, bath, farrier (bare foot), loves to be groomed, will go out with mares or geldings and she is not mareish or food aggressive.
She’d be great for a teenager or small adult to have fun with.
Comes with a full wardrobe including Micklem bridle and nearly new Kent and Masters fitted saddle, name plates, few rugs and head collar.

Description

Kingsacre Dugano
Stable name: Duggee
41 inch, bright bay, 8 y/o gelding
Tentatively looking for a new home… we have owned Duggee 6 months, in that time he has done everything! SJ at multiple venues - speedy & often in the placings, attended pony club rallies, gallops training, hunted, XC schooled confidently, pony club flat raced, qualified for Shetland Pony Grand National & completed two races 🏇 He’s a bold, brave jumper. He loves hacking in company & alone, will canter all day happily alongside my horse without being strong or silly. We’ve been told by many that he’d be great in the show ring but that’s not our thing. He’s a lovely, smart, funny guy to be around, a quick learner, willing & always receives compliments wherever he goes. My daughter can do absolutely everything with him herself, leading, rugs, tacking up, bathing. At the moment he is a competition fit Shetland but we are sure he would easily step down to being a pampered pet, first ridden, lead rein pony if you wanted. He’s a responsive, fun pony that deserves a summer of pony club camps, fun adventures & being a young child’s number one, rather than being sat in a field whilst my daughter is out busy with her other ponies. Endless photos & videos available, up to date with everything, mid 4 figures. 5* home very important & what he deserves.

14.1 Chestnut Cob gelding, 4 white socks, just 17, I’ve had him for 11 years so very mixed feelings about selling him. I’am moving to Spain and can’t take him with me. He is amazing, doesn’t buck, rear or take off, but very forward going. Not a novice ride. Excellent in school, loves to jump, can go out in groups or alone. Good in traffic, excellent stable and yard manners. He has been ridden by a competent 12 year old and adults, he is a great all rounder. Up to date with dentist, jabs and wormer. £5000.

Description

Gem is a 15-year-old, 12.2hh Welsh x Shetland.

A great lead rein pony, second pony, or small adult ride.

We have had Gem for over six years, and she has done everything you can think of. From giving children their first sit on a pony, to beach rides, clinics, camps, hacking, being part of an army parade, cross-country, fun rides, and qualifying for the Sunshine Tour Championships in most disciplines for the last two years. Most importantly, she has given myself and my family amazing memories.

She hacks alone and in company.

Gem has taught my son from never having sat on a horse to jumping a course of fences, but unfortunately he has now outgrown her.

Gem has had a loan rider for the last three years, and together they have progressed from barely rising trot right up to jumping at the Sunshine Tour and Tweseldown cross-country. Sadly, she has now outgrown her too.

Gem is most suitable for a bigger child or small adult to really get the best out of her, but she is also a fantastic lead rein pony. She can be your typical cheeky Welsh when ridden off the lead rein by a small jockey (happy to discuss this).

Gem is your typical mare and can be a little grumpy in the stable, but she is never dangerous.

She is easy to do in all ways:

* Easy to clip
* Easy to shoe
* Easy to bath
* Walks herself onto the lorry/trailer for travel
* Never been laminitic 🙏

This is not an easy sale, and the home will be vetted.

11hh Black Mare – Beautiful, Kind-Hearted Family Pony
It is with a very heavy heart that we offer Beauty for sale. She has been a much-loved member of our family for the past 3 years, but sadly she is being wasted with us and deserves a little rider to enjoy everything she has to offer.
Last summer, Beauty spent the season being ridden by our 5-year-old niece on the lead rein, which gave her so much confidence. Together they enjoyed beach rides, shows, and plenty of fun outings, often coming home with rosettes and winning their classes.
Beauty is the ultimate all-rounder. She has previously done cross-country, beach rides, showing, and jumping, and absolutely loves her work. Fillers, coloured poles, and new environments never faze her – she is a genuine little machine who always aims to please. At the same time, she is equally happy stepping down to be a safe and sensible lead rein pony.
For a child wanting to come off the lead rein, I would describe her as a fantastic 1.5/second pony for a confident little rider who knows the basics and is ready to have fun.
She is handled daily by children, loves attention, and will happily stand to be groomed all day. She has never been nasty and has the sweetest temperament. Beauty thrives on work and enjoys having a job to do.
She loads perfectly, travels well, and is never sick or sorry. She is good with traffic, the farrier, clipping, and all the usual pony activities. She comes with a full wardrobe.
This is an incredibly sad sale for us. Beauty has been everything we could have wished for and will be greatly missed. The only reason for sale is that our niece is learning to come off the lead rein on her first pony, and Beauty deserves a home where she can continue to shine.
Please, serious enquiries only, as finding the right home for this special little pony is our absolute priority.

Description

Bee is a 14.2hh, 6 year old (2020), chestnut roan Welsh Section D mare, looking for her perfect person and a long-term home. She is fully registered with Budore breeding, by Budore Sir Percy - full breeding available on request.

Bee is a super affectionate mare who loves attention, enjoys a groom, and would love to have someone of her own who has the time and consistency to commit to her. She is a lovely, forward thinking little mare who enjoys having a job and would suit a home with experience of producing young horses. Bee hacks out confidently and in Ireland she did a little bit of everything before being imported directly from her breeder. She is still really green, especially in the school. I have mainly focused on her hacking, with the occasional schooling session alongside my instructor.

I bought Bee last year to produce alongside my older horse, however, due to a change in my personal circumstances, I no longer have the time that a young horse needs. Because of this, she has had the winter off and has matured beautifully during that time, but this does mean she has been out of work for about 5 months.

Bee is good to clip, stands quietly for the farrier, loads and travels well, and is up to date with vaccinations, dentist, farrier and physiotherapist. She passed a 5-stage vetting with flying colours when I purchased her last year.

She is currently NOT in work due to my lack of time, so she is being sold from the field and will need bringing back into work. I will not sell her as a project for a child as, on some occasions, she can be fiery to handle and will need someone capable to manage her. Someone who has experience with Welshies would love her and she would be a great project for the summer.

No novices, loans or trials. Serious enquiries only, as finding the right home is extremely important.

This is a very sad sale and is absolutely through no fault of her own.

🍓Registered New Forest Gelding 🍓

13.2hh, 4 Years Old

Sire: Thatchers Dun Roamin
Dam: Cameron Sweet Dreams

Whisper is a striking strawberry roan New Forest gelding with a white blaze and a wonderful temperament.
A quality young pony with a sensible, willing attitude, he has approached every stage of his education with confidence and maturity.

He has begun his basic groundwork, has been professionally mouthed, and has taken to wearing tack calmly and without fuss. Whisper has enjoyed several in-hand walks along quiet lanes, where he has proven to be sensible, relaxed, and unfazed by surroundings.

Whisper is getting use to being raised on a busy yard, he is becoming well accustomed to everyday activity, including tractors and machinery, children riding bikes, dogs, and the general hustle and bustle of yard life.

Before arriving with me he was in a herd with several others.

He is good to handle in all respects, including with the vet and farrier, and stands quietly for grooming and bathing. He is happy living either in or out and is an easy pony to have around the yard.

Whisper is up to date with vaccinations and worming and is now ready for the next stage of his education. With his kind nature, trainable attitude, and quality breeding, he would make a lovely ridden prospect for someone looking to produce a young pony correctly.

A genuine young pony with a bright future ahead of him.

Lyndhurst Bumblebee (Firefly) is a lovely 13.3 registered NF gelding with excellent conformation and three good paces. I bought him as a 3 yr old and spent a year on groundwork, then sent him to a professional to be backed. He is now hacking out (in company), gaining confidence and proving happy to take the lead. He is working well in the arena in walk, trot and canter, and has started jumping on the lunge. He is a good-looking pony with enormous potential and now needs to find a new home with someone experienced, to continue his education. Firefly is a nervous pony and needs to settle in his new home, and will only be sold to someone I feel has the patience and knowledge to bring him on slowly and carefully.
Excellent trial facilities; please feel free to call or email me for further information.

Description

Carriad - 13hh 4yo.

Theres a story to this one!
We brought a cob mare 4 years ago, and 2 months later she popped out a foal!

After trying to find what happened with the previous owners, who and what the sire is…we are still unsure!

Carriad has been our angel foal, who we love dearly.

We hoped to make her into a riding pony, but unfortunately she is too small for us to ride- hence making this heart breaking decision to find her a new home.

I started Carriad young with groundwork, picking feet up, leading, but that was all.
The plan was for her to be my next riding horse, but it was slowly evident that she was not going to make the height we wanted.
So we turned her out in a field for a few years, only brought her in for the farrier, feed and grooming and just let her live her life maturing with her friends ( how I think all young stock should be)!

She is not malicious in any way, and I know a lot of people say this about their horses… but she has never put her ears back, swung her bum or put a foot out of place.
She will even share a bucket with any of our ponies.. simply because I think she’s just a nice loving person.

She hasn’t left our yard since she was born.
She has never traveled, no one has sat on her, she’s never had a bit in her mouth.

She is a complete blank canvas, has only had a saddle on once, comes in for farrier and then back out into the field with her friends.
She wants love and a person to adore her every day. I have no bad word, warning or criticism to say about this pony, she is kind and willing.
She had vaccinations when born but has had none since, so will need restarting.

Please see pictures below: yes she is a cob in the winter and some kind of Welsh in the summer (but I can guarantee you it’s the same pony)!

We are not asking for a lot, just the right home.

Description

148cm BRP 6yro bay gelding

Suitable for a non competitive rider where he can be enjoyed at home only - schooling/jumping and hacking out in company.

Peter was bought to be my next eventing pony but unfortunately he has proven unsuitable for the job, he does not settle under saddle in a competitive environment. He has been given lots of time out with his teeth erupting last summer then taken long-lining around the farm to improve his confidence alone. He is good to ride out in company, has seen traffic and farm vehicles and goes out in open spaces.

He has been successfully shown in hand last summer at county level and good with the tannoys, hounds and carriages etc.

He is a big character at home, lovely to have around and is easy to do. He likes to be first in from the field and can’t be left alone in the stable. He benefits from maximum turnout all year round.

He is good to shoe, bath and stands nicely on the yard. He loads but does not travel well.

Due to his compact frame he is only suitable for a petite adult. Due to his time out he has only been ridden a handful of times this year and therefore extremely green but very much enjoys his work.

He was never purchased to be sold so respectfully, please no time wasters as this is not an easy sale.

Passed a 2 stage vetting when purchased January 2025, open to further inspection. He’s had three dentals with EDC in the last 12 months. Vaccinated and wormed.

13-year-old British Riding Pony gelding, standing at 13hh. A very well-bred pony with beautiful paces and a lovely presence.

He is a kind and genuine all-rounder who:

• Hacks out happily both alone and in company
• Is good in traffic, including tractors and trailers
• Loads and travels well
• Has hunted and enjoyed it
• Has jumped up to 60cm in the school

He has previously attended Pony Club and would enjoy returning to this. He is good to clip and currently has front shoes due to workload.

This pony has been a huge confidence builder for my daughter, and he is only for sale as she has outgrown him. We are looking for a loving, knowledgeable home where he will continue to be cherished.

He would suit:

• A child with stronger legs wanting to enjoy Pony Club activities
• Or a less confident, non-competitive rider looking for a safe, pretty pony to love

Description

Genuine, sad sale of much loved all round 12 years old gelding.

Outgrown by my god daughter and now missing the love and attention he so deserves.

He excels at hacking, is good in traffic and open spaces and loves to go exploring on his own or in company. He’s not a plod but he’s not built for speed either! He enjoys his work and goes about with his pricked and a smile on his face!

He enjoys jumping, but he’s not the most athletic at defying gravity, so whilst he jumps fillers, ditches and has been placed at local unaffiliated SJ and arena eventing, plus done fun rides and XC schooling, I think he’s more suited to a non competitive home. He’s been shown successfully in hand and ridden and with a bit more polish to his flatwork would actually not look out of place at the big county shows!

Easy to load and travel, currently barefoot as he’s not needed shoes. Lives in or out, but prefers to be out. Currently has an individual paddock but has also lived as a herd.

Loves a good pub ride! Will eat chips and crisps! We won’t talk about the beer!!!!!

Really hoping to find him a home to be loved and have a job to do again.

We bought him from his breeder so full history known! Can come with his tack.

Please genuine enquiries only. No loans.
